Classic Entrées Include:

Caesar salad or soup du jour, baguettes & butter.

Bourbon Street Baby Back Ribs

Rubbed with fresh garlic, cracked black pepper & smoked in our kitchen. Glazed with our homemade bourbon sauce. 

Full Rack / Half Rack
Steak Dianne

Twin 4 oz. tenderloins sautéed with button mushrooms & scallions in a burgundy wine brown sauce.

Petite Tenderloin

6oz. fillet served on a painting of three mustard & peppercorn sauce, topped with sautéed red & yellow onions. Blackened or Charbroiled. 

Leek and Gorgonzola Strip Steak

12 oz. choice strip steak charbroiled smothered with cognac creamed leeks & gorgonzola cheese crumbles.

New York Strip Steak

12 oz. choice black Angus. Try it blackened.

Fillet Portobello

8 oz. choice steer tenderloin blackened or charbroiled. Served with sautéed portobello mushrooms.

Trapper John Steak

8 oz. peppered fillet charbroiled with special bleu cheese sauce with mushrooms, scallions & caraway seeds.

Blackened items are best served rare to medium. All steaks are available blackened, with the exception of Steak Dianne. Add Blackening 

New York Strip Tchoupitoulas

Blackened New York Strip with Cajun potatoes, sautéed onions, mushrooms & andouille sausage. Laced with béarnaise sauce.
